Although, Rise of the Jack O'Lanterns isn't exactly in Bergen County, it sure is close. The Rise is going to be held at the Meadowlands Exposition Center, located at 355 Plaza Drive Secaucus, NJ 07094. There will be over 5,000 illuminated jack o-lanterns for visitors of all ages' viewing enjoyment.
Some of the main attractions include
life-size dinosaurs and animals.
Kids will love seeing their favorite movies come to life on the jack o'lanterns. Some movies include Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, Monsters Inc., Star Wars, Inside Out, and more!
See iconic sports legends like the New York Yankees' Derek Jeter and Mariano Rivera.
The rise also features New York inspired jack o-lanterns like Grand Central Terminal and The Statue of Liberty.
Interested on how these pumpkins turn into beautiful and detailed jack o'lanterns? There will be four live carving stations so everyone can see the artists at work. One special artist, Jon Neil, star of The Food Network's Halloween Wars, will carve live at The Rise.
